For those who couldn’t join our fully booked November retreat,
we’ve created a shorter, simpler, more raw format.
Fewer days, but the same intensity. The same beauty of the horses. The same power of the desert. And that unique silence you can only find here.
From October 23 to 27, we head to Fayoum. Each morning, practice in an open-air studio. Each afternoon, a horseback ride through the dunes. And in between: shared meals, naps, laughter, silence, and little moments of nothing that become everything.

Optional:
• 2 nights in Cairo to visit the city
• Pottery class in the village of Tunis
• Additional nights or sessions (yoga or horseback riding)
• Desert safari

Discover the hidden gem of Fayoum Oasis,
a lesser-known destination brimming with natural beauty and rich history.
This journey is an invitation to practice yoga with Alice Girard, who has made Fayoum her second home.
She’ll be spending time in Egypt and invites you to join her for an authentic experience — discovering the oasis on horseback and flowing through breath and movement in this magical setting.
You’ll also meet the local family who welcomed her with open arms — and will most likely adopt you too.
Be ready to leave a piece of your soul in this land of beauty, silence, and connection.

Tunis Stable in Fayoum
Tunis Stable is more than a guesthouse and stable — it’s a family story.
The journey began in 2002 when owner Mohammed Saleh arrived in the village of Tunis in Fayoum with a few horses and built a small stable with his family.
Today, with his two sons Youssef and Hussein, he proudly owns more than 30 beautiful horses bred on-site, offering an unmatched horseback riding experience in Egypt, suitable for all levels of riders.

Dunya Escapes
This retreat is organized in collaboration with Dunya Escapes.
Dunya means “the world” in Arabic. “Escape your world.”
Traveling with Dunya means living new experiences, meeting new people, expanding your horizons, embracing the unknown.
Give yourself the freedom to dream, wander, and discover the extraordinary beauty that lies beyond the boundaries of your daily life.
Tunis stable & guest house
Feel at home in the rustic lodge of Mohamed’s family.
You’ll be warmly welcomed into their home, sharing precious and simple moments — while still enjoying your privacy, as the lodge offers plenty of rooms, cozy corners, and peaceful outdoor spaces.
Their charming guesthouse next to the stables is the perfect place to relax after your desert rides.
Each room has its own soul, tastefully decorated in traditional Egyptian architecture and adorned with artisanal touches.
