How can I book an interlude?

Would you like to join one of our interludes? Visit our Contact page, where you can send us a message. We’ll get back to you within a few hours with the complete booking process.
Don’t worry, you can ask us any questions you may have before you book.
You don’t have to pay the full amount on registration. You will, however, be asked to pay a deposit.
If you need more flexibility, we’re open to discussion.

How do you choose the locations for your retreats?

We partner with local communities to create unforgettable experiences that truly reflect our values. Before approving any location, we personally visit to ensure every detail meets our high standards. Each chosen spot is a perfect match for our personal and business ethos, guaranteeing you a retreat that is both meaningful and memorable.

Are the classes offered during the retreats all levels-friendly?

All levels are welcome! We provide a safe and supportive space for learning and practice. Our community values sharing and growing together as part of the journey.

What language are the retreats taught in?

The retreats can be taught in French & English, & a mix of both. Alice is used to teaching in both languages, but also very fluently in a blend of the two to ensure that everyone feels included & understands all of the cues. Mathilde & our agency partners are also bilingual in French and English.

Is there any risk of my trip not being confirmed if I book?

We collaborate with local partners and an insurance company, needing a minimum number of participants to confirm the trip. We strive to confirm the trip as soon as possible. If, unfortunately, we must cancel the trip, we will find an appropriate solution for each participant.

Can I request changes to the meals?

We collaborate with local chefs who are happy to adjust the meals to meet your needs. Keep in mind that some ingredients might be hard to find in certain areas, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences and ensure you have a great experience.

How are the rooms allocated?

We create different room categories when amenities vary significantly (like private bathrooms or twin beds). Typically, rooms are assigned randomly based on your booking date. However, if you’d like to be with your friends or have specific requests, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is it possible to extend the stay or leave earlier?

Yes, you can extend your stay or leave earlier if needed. Just keep in mind that, since we book everything as a group, any changes to the number of rooms or meals will be at your own expense. We’ll do our best to help make the arrangements.
